The Blue Crab Crabhouse
The Blue Crab Crabhouse opened its doors in 1996 and is a seafood restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere that is known for its signature crab cakes and steamed blue crabs. Most of the dishes served at this restaurant incorporate crab in some way. As an appetizer, you can enjoy hot crab dip or a crab meat martini, which is a mixture of hand-picked king, Dungeness and snow crab meat that is served in a celery salad that has a spicy flavor. For the main dishes, you can expect to see choices such as snow, king or Dungeness crab legs; there is also a choice of garlic crabs, which is where blue crabs are served with garlic butter and the restaurant's special seasonings. The menu also features a few other choices such as mussels, oysters and clams.

Clark's Fish Camp
Clark's Fish Camp has been open for more than 30 years and offers a casual dining experience with a rustic ambiance that includes preserved animals in the dining area. You can enjoy your meal either inside the restaurant or on the outside sitting area overlooking Julington Creek. The menu offers a large selection of appetizers from shrimp and spinach dip to a prime rib kabob or prime rib stuffed mushrooms. Some of the other items that are featured on the menu include rainbow trout, salmon and tilapia as well as specialty stuffed fish; choices for the stuffed fish include flounder and catfish. Clark's also features a variety of pasta and steak dinners. The restaurant is said to have one of the largest privately owned taxidermy collections in the country.

Sam's St. John's Seafood
Sam's St. John's Seafood restaurant opened its doors in 1982 as the restaurant's first location; it is named after the St. John's River since it is just two blocks away. The menu offers items such as blue crab claws, gator tail and frog legs while the rest of the menu features a variety of fish dishes to choose from such as salmon, mahi mahi and flounder as well pollock and catfish. You also have the choice of feasting on other seafood dishes which include scallops, crab cakes, oysters and claim strips. Sam's Monterey is a specialty dish that consists of Sam's fish that has been grilled and smothered with onions and mushrooms and is served over a bed of rice with Monterey jack cheese to top it off.
