Assemble Metallic Pet Crate

Assemble a Metal Dog Crate

Collapsible metal crates can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily, which makes them ideal for those traveling with pets. A crate can keep your dog safe and provide him with a space of his own, which is comforting for animals traveling away from home. Make sure that the cage you purchase is large enough to allow your dog room to stand up and turn around easily.

Instructions

1. Open the dog crate box and slide out the flattened metal crate.

2. Place the dog crate flat on the floor so that the removable plastic pan is at the bottom of the crate.

3. Lift the top two layers of the folded crate. These layers are each connected to the bottom of the crate so they will open like a book as you unfold them.

4. Pull the next layer of the crate straight up and balance it on the top of the two upright sides of the crate.

5. Pull the next layer up at an angle to form the back of the crate.

6. Find small hooks at the top edges of the sides and back of the crate. Use these hooks to attach the top of the crate to the sides and back of the crate.

7. Pull the front of the crate up and off the removable plastic pan. Attach the front of the crate to the sides and top of the crate using the hooks.

8. Inspect the crate and make sure that all hooks have been properly secured to keep the crate sturdy and safe for your dog.
