Jump On The Registration For That Usda

The USDA plays a big role in agriculture.

There are multiple ways to register with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). How you register depends on your business. For example, if your company is a small business, you would contact the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, whereas a deal exceeding $100,000 would be handled through the Federal Business Opportunities agency. The following information is geared toward businesses that meet the standard general requirements outlined by the USDA.

Instructions

Central Contractor Registration for USDA

1. Register with Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) by calling 1-866-705-5711 or visiting ccr.dnb.com/ccr/pages/CCRSearch.jsp.

2. Obtain a personalized Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number from D&B.

3. Register with CCR via the Internet at www.ccr.gov or by submitting the registration template (available on the website) to the Department of Defense, Central Contractor Registration, 74 Washington Ave. N., Suite 7, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. Once CCR registration is complete, a Trading Partner Identification Number (TPIN) will be assigned to the vendor. This is the vendor's password to access data in the CCR; it is required along with the DUNS number.

4. Submit an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) by visiting orca.bpn.gov.
