Dogs must be at least six years old and current on all vaccinations. Males must be neutered, and unspayed females must not be in heat. In addition, all dogs must first pass a behavior evaluation to determine whether or not they are aggressive before they are allowed to stay at the Paradise Bay Pet Resort.

A VIP Pet Resort
A VIP Pet Resort is run by Kurt Williams, one of Las Vegas's foremost authorities on the Chow Chow breed, which he has been raising since 1987. A VIP Pet Resort ensures that all of its guests get out of their kennels at least twice a day to run around in a large play area.

Animal Inn
In existence since 1958, Animal Inn is conveniently located close to both the strip and the airport. As of 2010, the Animal Inn charges $17 a day for small dogs (15 pounds and under), $18 for medium-size dogs (16 pounds up to 39 pounds) and $20 for large dogs. You're eligible for a discounted rate if you have two or more dogs, and special weekly and monthly rates are also available. During holiday periods, the rates increase. If you're vacationing in Las Vegas and boarding your dog here, you are allowed to visit your dog and take it out for walks as often as you want.
