Pioneer Restaurant
Homemade soups, pecan pie, slow roasted prime rib and homemade apple dumplings are a few of the dishes that Pioneer Restaurant cooks up for its diners. Chef Paul Karas and his wife Cheryl oversee the restaurant. Karas has cooked for celebrity diners such as Hulk Hogan, Ted Turner, Stevie Nicks and Billie Joel. The restaurant's atmosphere is casual. Omelets, buttermilk pancakes, French toast and eggs Benedict are breakfast menu items. For lunch, diners can enjoy soup, cold sandwiches, marinated grilled cheese, fish and chips, pasta, salads and burgers.
Dinner menu items include portabella mushrooms, salmon, pasta, sautéed shrimp, chicken scampi, veal, linguini and a Mexican fiesta platter with Spanish rice, melted jack and cheddar cheese, and chicken strips. Select a house wine or bottled beer to wash down a delicious meal with.

Silvio's Italian Villa
Located in an 18th-century mansion, Silvio's Italian Villa restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine. Menu items include thinly sliced filet mignon served with a fresh salad. Diners can also enjoy a dish of marinated mussels, fried calamari and portabella mushrooms topped with shrimp and Gorgonzola cheese. Other favorites are crab cakes with a creamy mustard sauce, penne vodka with chicken or shrimp, fettucine Alfredo, veal, grilled New York steak, flounder, lobster and Seafood Genovese with scallops, mushroom and broccoli.
On and offsite catering and wedding and party packages are available. Italian Villa is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuscan Cafe
Weekends at the Tuscan Café come alive with music as local bands and musicians perform at the restaurant. Local residents and out-of-town guests can also participate in a live open mic night.
