Cure A Misery

When you can't seem to get over the blues and you have all the symptoms of heartache, you need to find a cure to snap out of it. Your woeful mind is running over and over the pitfalls and pains of love and life, but you can get yourself out of this state.

Instructions

1. Take some time to unwind and relax. Meditate with some aromatherapy candles and soft music to get your mind off of your pain and cure yourself of heartache.

2. Breathe deeply to infuse your body with oxygen and cure heartache. Throw your shoulders back, hold your spine erect and breathe in slowly through your nose. Exhale from your mouth and press-breathe out your blues.

3. Visualize yourself overcoming your heartache and leading the life you dream of. Proper visualization tricks help people overcome hurdles in their lives and reach their goals. For starters, close your eyes and picture a place or time when you were truly happy. Decide what your view of yourself was at that point and time and try to recreate that self-image.

4. Start a workout routine that gets your blood and heart pumping. Exercise is a great way to cure a heartache, because it fills your body with endorphins which make you happy.

5. Find a new hobby that gets your mind off of your pain. Activities that involve your body and mind, like hiking, climbing, bike-riding or golfing.

6. Have a pal's night out and have some fun. Getting out and interacting with your friends is a sure fire way to cure heartache and get you back to your old self.

7. Get your mind off of your pain by volunteering to help someone in need. The fringe benefits include helping you feel better and providing a service to your fellow man.
